Partner Program Terms

These terms govern the Brokerfolio partner (affiliate) program. By joining, you agree to them — alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Commission

• 35% of subscription payments from customers you refer, recurring for the life of the subscription. A single flat rate — there is no ramp and no tier ladder, and it does not change with your referral count.
• Because the rate is a percentage of what the customer actually pays, it moves with our pricing. At the current founding price that is AED 163.80 per annual seat per year, or AED 17.15 per monthly seat per month.
• Rates apply to payments actually received, net of refunds and chargebacks, excluding taxes.

2. Attribution

• Your personal link sets a 90-day, last-click cookie via our tracking platform (PromoteKit). The platform's conversion record is authoritative.
• One conversion pays one reward. Where a conversion carries both your affiliate attribution and an in-house user-referral attribution, your commission takes precedence and the user referral is superseded.
• Personal promotion codes (when issued to you) attribute like links and carry the same buyer discount. A conversion carrying both a link and a code is credited once, to you.
• Attribution requires the tracked link or code. Conversions without either (typed URLs, unlinked word of mouth) cannot be credited retroactively.

3. Payouts, holds, and clawbacks

• NET-30 with a 30-day hold: a commission becomes payable 30 days after the underlying payment, mirroring the customer money-back guarantee. Refunded or charged-back payments never become payable; if already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
• Minimum payout AED 250. Paid by UAE bank transfer, or Wise for international partners. You are responsible for accurate payout details.
• You are an independent contractor — responsible for your own taxes (including any UAE VAT registration and invoicing obligations) and business licences. Nothing here creates employment, agency, or partnership in the legal sense.

4. Disclosure and advertising law

• UAE-based partners: you confirm you hold a UAE Media Council advertiser permit where UAE law requires one for paid promotional content, and you will provide the permit number on request.
• Every promotional post, video, or message must clearly disclose the commercial relationship (#ad / إعلان or equivalent).
• Describe Brokerfolio accurately: never as approved by, affiliated with, or endorsed by RERA, the Dubai Land Department, or any regulator; never with invented statistics; always with pricing as billed (founding price AED 468/yr or AED 49/mo).

5. Prohibited conduct

• Self-referral, or referring accounts you control.
• Unsolicited bulk messaging of any kind (cold WhatsApp blasts, spam, scraped lists) — this program recruits through audiences that trust you, not through spam.
• Bidding on “Brokerfolio” or confusingly similar terms in paid search, or registering lookalike domains/handles.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any manipulated attribution.
• Misleading claims about the product, pricing, or guarantees.

Violations forfeit unpaid commissions and end participation.

6. Program changes

We may modify rates and rules prospectively, or end the program, with notice through the partner dashboard or email. Commissions already earned under these terms are honored. Questions: hello@brokerfolio.me.
